Senate confirms Chidoka as minister

The Senate on Wednesday confirmed Osita Chidoka as minister.
Mr. Chidoka is the outgoing head of the Fede‎ral Road Safety Corps, FRSC.
TOB had earlier reported his nomination as a minister by President Goodluck Jonathan.
‎The Senate also confirmed Olanrewaju Abubakar, a lecturer at the University of Abuja, as a minister.
With the confirmation, both men are now to be assigned portfolios and sworn in by President Jonathan.
